Manifesting a New Reality

Today you are reading this after experiencing an extended period of change in your life. Well lets change that a little bit. Each person reading this today within the last eighteen months has experienced one or more events that has caused you to question your life - the status quo of your being. For some it has been financial, for others health, for others relationships, for others mental and emotional issues and for some all of these areas of life have been the scene of events in your personal experience that nudge, prompt or scream for you to make changes. For many of us, it has been traumatic in very negative ways. For some of us, it has just been subtle quiet rumblings of discontent. However, regardless of the intensity of our individual awareness, collectively we are all facing a moment in time of change.

Most of us will never ride the waves of change with the visibility of a world leader, but individually we are all on the wave of change. A wave that is growing in strength and intensity and will not be denied. Prophets in every area of society cry out of the impending doom - economic, social, environmental, spiritual doom. It is no wonder that many folks just want to withdraw from the awareness. Some of us are hiding in the bars drinking and laughing in the face of destruction. Some of us are sitting mesmerized as the media plays our world out in front of us with video clips and sound bites. Children are running in the streets seeking love and safety in loveless sex and babies are having babies to feel the love they cannot find at home. Others of us are mindlessly going to work and investing in IRAs and death insurance while calling it life insurance. Fundamentalists call for a return to old values that cannot help a new society. Some of us are workshop and how-to book addicts reading about dreams that we have no intention of acting upon. We put band-aids on gaping wounds and swallow whatever takes away the pain but few of us are taking positive proactive action. The truth is that we are all in shock and feel that we are powerless to effect positive change in our world. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Each one of the five billion or so people co-existing on this planet has the potential to play a leading role in Manifesting a New Reality. Individually each one of us has the potential to be the one factor that shifts the winds of change from total annihilation to total permutation into a higher order of positive experience and growth. We stand on the edge of the future balancing between growth and destruction. No matter what you or I do the world will change. Whether it will be for good or evil is up to you and me and a billion other you's and me's scattered along this wave of change. Each one of us has the potential to be the deciding factor in this shift. We are reaching a state of critical mass and one individual is going to be the deciding factor. Now I can't promise you that you will be the one individual who will make the difference, but it will be you or me or your neighbor or any one of the billions of individuals that feel the impending moment of change at the very root of their being . . . that point where we are all infinitely connected. Today, you can take that leap of faith that those who feel a calling must take and accept that you just might be the deciding factor in the salvation or destruction of our collective world. You may never know if you were the small weight in the balance of eternity that created that subtle shift.

One of us will make the difference and it may be you. As each individual accepts the challenge to work toward positive spiritual and physical change the probabilities increase that we will not only survive to experience the new millennium but that we, individually and collectively, will thrive and prosper. Sadly, each individual who declines this challenge when she or he hears it shifts the probabilities toward annihilation -- individually and collectively. In the next thirty six months, you can work to manifest the new reality necessary to insure that when we reach that moment of critical mass that the new permutation is for our collective and individual good. The moment exists now for us to make a difference. You have a great deal to gain if you make this choice and a great deal to lose if you do not. It really is as simple as that. I know that it would be easier to listen to the prophets of doom, be frozen by fear and just give up . However, a doomsday prophet is only successful when his or her prophecies do not come to pass because if society listens and changes then the future changes for the good of all.

Many of us who choose to change will be afraid of the impact upon our friends and family. We think that if we choose to think of our own self-development we are somehow less loving than we should be. We are afraid of being selfish, but choosing to take the risk to change is a very selfless act. In fact, it requires releasing the self that impedes our growth and development. It requires taking responsibility for our happiness, security and future away from the government, our employers, our family and a myriad of others and allowing that responsibility to rest squarely on our own shoulders. It requires releasing negative expectations to allow the room for positive expectations to fill our consciousness. It requires releasing beliefs that hold us back and hurt us to be replaced by beliefs that allow us to move forward and to heal. It requires releasing the past so that there is room for the future to rush in and fill our lives.

Today, now, you can accept a higher spiritual calling by releasing your belief in your insignificance and accepting belief in your potential for power and change that will not only improve your life but potentially the lives of all spirits who are collectively experiencing this reality. The future of the universe now hangs in the balance. You have the potential to be the weight that shifts the balance to a wonderful new age of human growth and development. Take the first step. Release what ever it is that is keeping you from being the powerful, healing, beautiful human that is your destiny. You are the catalyst for the positive destiny of us all. In your release, you become the release for others.

Affirmation for Release:

I release the past and open my life to the future. I accept my destiny as a powerful, healing beautiful human filled with the acceptance of the love and the good in me and in others. I manifest my reality as a positive expression of harmony and order for myself and all with whom I share the earth.
